World Day Against Child Labour

Delhi Public School Durgapur observed World Day Against Child Labour to spread consciousness in eradicating this social evil through a soulful dance rendition by the students of classes U. KG. – 7. The performance aimed at raising awareness and activism against child labour and depicted the contrasting conditions of those children with safe, secured and protected life with those deprived of basic privileges.
This year has been marked as the international year for the elimination of child labour. We sincerely hope that the small endeavour by the Dipsites will initiate responsiveness amongst all and will kindle the sense that only joint and decisive actions can give every child a proper chance to evolve and grow in happy and safe environment. Let’s all pledge to abolish child labour completely from our society!
