Janamshtami
Janamshtami also known as Gokulastami or Sri Krishna Jayanti was celebrated with great fanfare and fervour by the Pre-Primary section of Delhi Public School, Durgapur. The programme started with devotional song and a dance which was followed by a traditional skit on Damodar Leela. Depiction of the adorable Bal roop of Krishna , by the little ones was a feast for the eyes. The craft work done by the pre-primary children on this special occasion was also displayed. May Lord Krishna bring good fortune in the difficult times and guide us towards a better life.
