National Youth Day 2022
Delhi Public School, Durgapur celebrated the National Youth Day on January 12th 2022 on virtual platform to commemorate the social reformer and great philosopher Swami Vivekananda who is the eternal inspiration behind The National Youth Day. He emphasized that youth has infinite human potential which should be utilized for the good of our country. The programme started with the speech of School Head Girl Nandini pandey. The school choir presented a song. Various incidents of Swami ji’s life were highlighted by a skit which was followed by a wonderful dance performance paying tribute to swami ji. The programme was concluded with the vote of thanks by the captain of Chenab House Swapnaneel Bowmick. The live streaming of the programme on Face Book was greatly appreciated by the students and the parents.
